Summer Sticky Note Holders

Like I told you last week, we're in full gear getting ready for this year's Walk On Art Street. I'm adding several lines of products that won't be available online in our Etsy shop until after the show, and I'm very excited about them.

One of my favorites are these summer-themed sticky note holders. There will other seasons and themes available, too, but I started with some fun images and colors perfect for the summer months.

To make these adorable gifts, you'll need card stock, decorator paper, a pad of sticky notes and a die cut or stamped image.

To fit a regular sized sticky note pad, cut your card stock to 3.75 inches square. Then cut your decorator paper to 3.5 inches square and adhere.

Cut a piece of double-stick tape in half lengthwise to attach your image. This will make sure there's no adhesive sticking out on the back, as there isn't a lot of space at the top to adhere to.

I'll also be making some with stamped images and borders, and others with borders cut with decorative scissors. It's fun to play around with color combinations, images, themes and designs, as this is such a fun and simple project.
