Three-Ingredient Breakfast Cookies

With three ingredients you probably already have in the pantry, you'll be able to serve a quick, healthy breakfast treat tomorrow morning.

2 large bananas, mashed (the riper the better)
2 cups quick oats
3/4 cup mini chocolate chips

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cover two baking sheets with parchment paper.

2. Mash bananas until smooth. Add in oats and combine. Gently stir in chips.

3. Drop by rounded spoonful onto parchment paper.

4. Bake at 350 degrees for 11 minutes. Remove immediately to a cooling rack.
