Slow Cooker Balsamic Chicken Thighs

If you're looking for a delicious recipe to fix for a 4th of July party, look no further. All you need are three ingredients, four to five hours and an empty stomach, and you'll have chicken so tender you may have to use a spoon because it will fall off your fork.

Yes, that's the voice of experience.

Ingredients:
8 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
1 bottle balsamic salad dressing
1 Tbsp minced garlic

1. Turn slow cooker on low and spray lightly with nonstick spray.

2. Place 4 chicken thighs in a single layer in the bottom of the slow cooker, pour in just enough dressing to cover them and sprinkle in half the minced garlic

3. Repeat with the remaining four thighs in a second layer, dressing and garlic.

4. Cook in slow cooker 4-5 hours, until chicken is cooked completely and is fork-tender. Serve with fresh potatoes and veggies.
