Lord, Walk With Me

Lord, Walk With Me

I’m tired today, Lord. Walk with me I pray.
Grant me strength and courage to make it through my day.

I’m feeling blessed today, Lord. Walk with me and share,
How you know just what I need and answer every prayer.

I’m in pain today, Lord. Walk with me, take care.
As the Great Physician, I know you know the hurt I bear.

I’m busy today, Lord. Walk with me, be kind.
Show me how to care for things and still keep you in mind.

I’m scared today, Lord. Walk with me this road.
Just to have you close seems to lighten up my load.

I’m meeting friends today, Lord. Walk with me and be
The giver of those kindest words that others need from me.

I’m full of bitterness today, Lord. Walk with me, please do.
Create in me a clean heart to bring me close to you.

I’m eager for our time today, Lord. Walk with me and show
How I can be close to you and what I need to grow.

I’m getting envious today, Lord. Walk with me and take
All the pride away for the amends I’d have to make.

I’m full of joy today , Lord. Walk with me each turn.
As the love I have for you, God, makes my heart to burn.
