Dressed Up BLT Wraps

Summer just wouldn't be summer without a classic BLT, right? The simple combination of bacon, lettuce and tomato is a staple of these hot months.

But what if you were to upgrade the ordinary BLT in a fun and healthy way?

Cook your bacon and slice up a beautiful, ripe tomato. Add some extra protein with slices of hard-boiled egg.

Then lose the bread and substitute a large lettuce leaf, like the romaine I used here. Just fold the edges up and you'll have a neat little package of deliciousness!
