Veggie Wrap...The Next Level

A month ago I shared a great recipe for veggie wraps - a great summer meal. This week I took it to the next level and made it the perfect vegetarian lunch.

1 bag broccoli and carrot slaw mix
2 Tbsp olive oil
2 Tbsp soy sauce
Rosemary, thyme, garlic powder, Chinese five spice to taste
2 romaine lettuce leaves

1. Heat the oil in a large skillet. Add slaw mix and spices. Continue to stir fry until it reaches your desired texture.

2. Using the lettuce leaves as an edible bowl, spoon in the slaw mix. Eat and enjoy!
