Miniature Oreo-Stuffed Brownie Bites

Ingredients:
1 box brownie mix (with no chunks, chips or other special stuff in it - just plain)
eggs, water and oil as directed on brownie box
1 package miniature Oreo cookies
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees, or as otherwise directed on box. Lightly spray a 24-cup mini muffin tin.
2. Prepare brownie mix as directed on the package.

4. Bake 14-16 minutes, until top is crackled and hard. The cookie will melt slightly into the brownie, so the toothpick test doesn't work very well. Just taste-test them instead - so much more fun!
