Easy Apple Dip

This will be the second week in a row that I've needed a sweet treat to add to my diet. We got a bag of the juiciest, most perfect apples at the grocery store, so what better way to enjoy them than with a sweet, creamy dip?

There's not a better way. I looked.

This recipe made plenty for the two of us and two apples, although we did sneak some right out of the bowl. Of course.

Ingredients:
1 8 oz package cream cheese, room temperature
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup mini chocolate chips or toffee bits (you decide)

1. Cream the cream cheese and sugars together. Add vanilla and fold in chocolate chips.

2. Chill for about an hour before serving.

3. Serve with apples and any other fruits.
