Garlic Monkey Bread And Cinnamon Sugar Monkey Bread Mini Loaves

Do you find yourself making the same meals over and over again with no end in sight? Change one little thing and it will seem like a brand-new recipe!

I tried that this week, and we had two adorable variations of a monkey bread recipe. The miniature loaf version also keeps your portion size under control, which is an added bonus.

Try them for yourself and see if you prefer the garlic bread version or the cinnamon sugar one for dessert.

Mini Garlic Monkey Bread
Ingredients:
1 can refrigerated buttermilk biscuits (10 per can)
6 Tbsp melted butter (half a stick)
2 Tbsp minced garlic
1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Spray four miniature loaf pans with nonstick cooking spray.

2. Combine butter and garlic in a bowl.

3. Cut each of the 10 biscuits into fourths. Place the biscuit quarters into the bowl and stir gently to coat.

4. Layer 10 quarters in each mini loaf pan. Divide the cheese evenly, sprinkling it over the top.

5. Bake at 400 degrees for 10-12 minutes, until the top is nicely browned.

Mini Cinnamon Sugar Monkey Bread
Ingredients:
1 can refrigerated buttermilk biscuits (10 per can)
1/4 cup sugar
4 Tbsp cinnamon
6 Tbsp melted butter (half a stick)
1/4 cup brown sugar

1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Spray four miniature loaf pans with nonstick cooking spray.

2. Combine sugar and cinnamon in a bowl.

3. Cut each of the 10 biscuits into fourths. Place the biscuit quarters into the bowl and stir gently to coat.

4. Layer 10 quarters in each mini loaf pan.

5. Combine the butter and brown sugar in a bowl, stirring until dissolved. Pour equal amounts over the top of each pan.

5. Bake at 400 degrees for 10-12 minutes, until the top is nicely browned. Serve immediately, or the glaze will harden and stick to the bottom.
