A Little Chocolate Decadence

This is called sipping chocolate - a rich, thick hot cocoa for grown-ups. It is super-duper sweet and very heavy, perfect for a chilly winter evening.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup whole milk
4 ounces Ghiradelli bittersweet chocolate, at least 60 percent cacao, chopped

- I used their baking chips and they worked perfectly. Use about a third of a bag for deep flavor.
2. Remove from heat and quickly add chocolate, stirring until melted and very smooth.
3.Return to medium-low heat and warm for 3 minutes or until a bubble or two form on the surface.
4. Pour the hot chocolate into espresso cups. Add a dollop of whipped cream if you'd like (and we did!) Enjoy slowly!
