Just A Few Things God Can And Cannot Do

What God Cannot Do:
1. God cannot lie.
2. God cannot change.
3. God cannot recall our sins after we've asked for forgiveness.
4. God cannot be the author of confusion.
5. God cannot leave us or forsake us.
6. God cannot go back on His promises.
7. God cannot revoke His gifts.
8. God cannot be pleased without faith.
9. God cannot be defeated.
10. God cannot be too big for our problems.
11. God cannot be too little for our problems.
12. God cannot prefer one person over another.
13. God cannot break His covenant.
14. God cannot revoke His calling.
15. God cannot be unjust.
16. God cannot do anything contrary to the Scriptures.
17. God cannot bless a lie.
18. God cannot love sin.
19. God cannot give anything to a double-minded man.
20. God cannot be forced into an impossible situation.
21. God cannot ignore the praises of His people.
22. God cannot be our problem.
23. God cannot be overcome by the world.
24. God cannot be late.
25. God cannot be neutral.
26. God cannot be weak.
27. God cannot bless doubt.
28.God cannot withhold wisdom from those who ask in faith.
29. God cannot be against us.
30.God cannot be limited or confined.

What God Can Do:
1. God can show you the truth.
2. God can be your foundation.
3. God can remember every detail of your life.
4. God can help you divide fact from fiction.
5. God can go before us and be beside us at the same time.
6. God can fulfill every promise He has ever made – and more.
7. God can bless exceeding abundantly above.
8. God can reward us for our faithfulness.
9. God can share the victory with you.
10. God can be with us in the small things, too.
11. God can turn our mountains into mole hills.
12. God can love each and every one of us with all His heart.
13. God can move any mountain before you.
14. God can remind you of His invitation and gifts.
15. God can be perfect in all His decisions.
16. God can solidify your faith in the Scriptures.
17. God can change the liar's heart.
18. God can forgive your sin.
19. God can help you keep your focus.
20. God can do what you think must be impossible.
21. God can, and does, inhabit praise.
22. God can be the answer to our problems.
23. God can overcome anything the world dreams up.
24. God can be right on time, every time.
25. God can always choose truth over deceit.
26. God can be a fountain of strength for you.
27. God can supply strength and endurance.
28. God can offer His wisdom in abundance.
29. God can surround us with His protection.
30. God can do more than we've ever imagined.

I found these two amazing lists in an old computer file I had created several years ago. I'm not sure where it came from, nor can I give credit where credit is due. Instead, I will give all the praise and glory to God for these words of truth.

This card table recover project has been on my to-do list for months. I've been using it as my workspace in the craft room for quite some time, and it sees a lot of abuse. Simple DIY Beaded Keychains

We're having so much fun putting together goodie bags and door prizes for our upcoming ladies retreat at the church. So many of our ladies have donated craft supplies, decorations, time and energy to treat our visitors to an amazing time. These keychains are just one of the gifts some of the attendees will find in their bags. All you need to make them are a variety of beads, some fairly thin yet sturdy cord and a jump ring. Cut a length of cord, fold it in half and string it through the jump ring. String matching beads on both sides. And tie it off with a double knot. So simple, yet so pretty. Here's another variation: Cut a length of cord, fold it in half and thread it through a jump ring. Tie one or two beads on one side and tie it off with a knot. Make the other side longer with additional letters and beads before tying it off. Make a variety of lengths, colors, patterns and phrases so no two are alike.

Debilitating Disappontment

The things of this life tend to disappoint us. People aren't who we'd like them to be, events we'd hoped for never occur and things we'd expected to happen in a certain way never come to pass. I've tried relying on everything else in this life - relationships, career, better finances. When we look to mankind for answers or for hope, we will surely be disappointed.
