Ice Cream Sundae Sauce

I will never, ever buy ice cream sauce ever again. Not because I've sworn off ice cream - perish the thought.

This recipe for quick-and-easy, do-it-yourself sundae sauce will knock your socks off. Just pick your favorites and enjoy!

1/4 cup of your favorite jelly or jam (we used strawberry)
1 cup chopped fruit (we used strawberries, kiwi and blueberries)
your favorite ice cream
4 fresh cookies for garnish
1/4 cup honey-roasted peanuts, optional

1. In a microwave-safe bowl, heat the jelly in 20-second intervals, stirring in between, until liquid and warm. Stir in the fruit.

2. Serve over ice cream. garnish with cookies and nuts.
