Summer Veggie Wraps

When it's oppressively hot outside and you're looking for a quick and easy meal, this is the recipe to choose. You'll only be at the stove for a few minutes and you'll have veggie wraps for the whole family.

Ingredients:
1 bag broccoli and carrot slaw mix
2 Tbsp olive oil
2 Tbsp soy sauce
Rosemary, thyme, garlic powder and Chinese five spice, to taste
4 whole wheat tortillas

1. Heat the oil in a large skillet. Add slaw mix and spices. Continue to stir fry until it reaches the desired consistency.

2. Warm tortillas. Divide slaw mixture between and wrap up. Quick and easy!
