My December And Snow Much Fun Planner Layouts
Welcome to the first day of the Advent season! It's time to celebrate our coming King and enjoy a month of love, hope, peace, and joy in every way possible. Thank you, God, for Your unspeakable gift!
The planner that I'm using this year has a monthly planner layout followed by four weekly spreads. For December, I did a random scatter of tiny images and phrases that coordinate across both pages. There's a few pieces of this gorgeous Christmas tree washi tape, too, with some pink and blue thrown in there for good measure.
And that little row of holiday houses just makes me smile. The smaller stickers are perfect for these small boxes, and they leave plenty of room for me to keep track of my blog posts there. This is a great use for the little stickers left from larger sets, as they'll combine really well over a large space.
We had our first snow of the year this weekend, so my planner layout is a tribute to how beautiful it is outside right now. And praise that it was only a few inches and not the snow-pocalypse they were predicting all week. I'm a huge fan of snow, so I was beyond ready to put this layout together.
First I found every single snowflake sticker I had. That was an adventure in itself because I had no idea where all of my December/Christmas/Winter stash was. What I discovered is that between my collection and my mom's collection ... we really liked snowflakes! There are five or six different sets combined here in little vignettes around larger images.
The result is a cozy layout that will remind me of our first snow and excited to open the week up and write all over it. There's more snow coming this week, we've just learned, and the sparkle and shine of these pages will make it much more bearable. What's happening in your neck of the woods this week that would make a great planner layout theme?
