My First Day Of Fall Planner Layout
It's the first week of Fall! It's Pages for Pennies Book Sale week! It's a short week of actually, physically being in my office! All these beautiful occurrences converge in one seven-day stretch for the ages. And a week like that deserves a lovely, fall-themed planner layout that's not only pretty and fun, but also very useful and practical. What a great combination!
On each page, I started with a border sticker and overlaid it with the largest block stickers I could find. That meant the Autumn Breezes phrase on the left page and the Reasons to Be Thankful journal block on the right. Then each day gets an image, a phrase, and an accent to alternate back and forth, down the page. Plus, how could you not love that bicycle lady? She makes me want to fill a basket full of pumpkins and apples and go for a ride. (Please have fun with your planner layouts!)
My prayer for this week - beyond not losing my mind or forgetting something important in the busyness - is that the serious stuff is done seriously and the fun stuff is done with so much fun that everyone wants to join in! Hosting an event can be stressful, but book sale week is by far my favorite week of the year and I want to enjoy every moment of it. Whatever you have in your planner, whatever you choose to do to accomplish things and have a little fun while you do it, I pray that you'll do it with a great heart attitude and just the right amount of whimsy. It's totally worth it.
